Warranty & Product Concerns

Last updated: October 21, 2026

We want you to know exactly what coverage applies to your purchase. This page explains how we handle products that are defective, damaged, or not as described, and what to do if you have a concern about a product.

Your coverage at a glance

  • 30-day returns: you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send a replacement, or refund the product price plus the original shipping charge.
  • Your legal rights: you keep all rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
  • Manufacturer warranties: where a product comes with a written warranty from its manufacturer, that warranty's terms govern its coverage.

No separate store warranty

Milecrest Gear does not offer its own extended or lifetime warranty, and we do not sell protection plans. Our 30-day return policy and your rights under the law are the remedies we offer for products that are defective or not as described. If a product includes a manufacturer's written warranty, its terms come with the product, and we are happy to share the information we have about it.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page limits implied warranties or other rights you have under the law of your state. Some states provide additional rights, and those rights apply in addition to our policies.

How to report a problem

  1. Stop using the item if it seems unsafe. Do not take apart electrical or battery-powered products.
  2. Email us at verchpouncey@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a short video of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Report items damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and defects within 30 days of delivery.
  3. We reply within 24–48 business hours with next steps. In many cases we can resolve the issue without asking you to send the item back.
  4. If a return is needed, we send a prepaid label or reimburse your postage. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything, because returns go to a partner warehouse rather than to the address on your package.

What is not considered a defect

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear from use, such as scuffs, fading, or softening of materials over time
  • Use outside the product's instructions, such as exceeding a load limit or using the wrong power supply
  • Minor differences in color between the product and how it appeared on your screen

After the 30-day window

If a problem appears after 30 days, contact us anyway. We will review your concern, tell you whether a manufacturer warranty applies and how to use it, and explain the options available to you.

Safety notices and recalls

If we learn that a product we sold is subject to a safety recall, we will email affected customers at the address on their order with the instructions we receive. You can also search recalls at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (cpsc.gov) and, for vehicle equipment such as tires and lighting, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (nhtsa.gov).
